Auditing services

An audit adds credibility to your financial statements.  It is the duty in law of Company Directors to produce accounts showing a “true and fair” view.  Our job is to examine the accounts and records and to give our opinion on whether the accounts comply.  This may be of interest to banks, tax authorities, potential customers, future purchasers, and so on. We can perform your auditing and financial analysis with a minimum of fuss and maximum efficiency and accuracy.

As well as giving you the peace of mind that your accounts are fully compliant with statutory requirements, we can identify strengths and weaknesses in the finances of your business, helping to show the way to future success and profitability.

Many smaller businesses are entitled to Audit exemption.  This does not remove the Director responsibility for properly presented and truthful accounts.  For businesses working to save some audit costs but to still have their accounts reported on there is a “third way”.

We are authorised by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales to carry out Company audits and will bring our ‘business approach’ and up to the minute technology and professional standards to the audit of Limited Companies, Solicitors, Insurance Brokers, Schools, Estate Agents, Pension Schemes, etc.

Our core auditing services include

  • Statutory audits
  • Internal audits
  • Specialist audits
  • Due diligence
  • Benchmarking in your sector
  • Minimising fraud exposure

We are members of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales Audit Faculty.
