The Partners

Allan Reid

Allan qualified as a chartered accountant in 1980 and is a registered auditor, he has an MBA and uses it. He writes for local business publications, and maintains full Financial Advisor accreditation. Allan’s main interest outside working hours is classic cars.

John Champion

John qualified as a chartered accountant in 1982 and has commercial as well as professional experience, having served as a director of a small international trading company. When he’s not at work John takes a keen interest in a variety of sports.

The Team

Chris Reid

Chris is our own bookkeeper, as well as assisting clients in this area. Working from our financial services office in the High Street she provides administrative services for the practice and its clients including debt collection, employment issues such as contracts of employment and works with IRIS Accounts Office as well as SAGE.

Janet Parsons

Janet works on our payroll bureau and is a key player in both the PAYE compliance and the Income Tax Return arms of the practice. Janet uses some of her spare time coaching a youth synchronised swimming team.

Jo Wicken

Jo works on both the accounts and the bookkeeping side of the practice, providing a wide range of client support services including Quickbooks and Sage support, both on and off site.

Justin Morgan

Justin has wide experience in helping a broad range of clients, and as a senior manager makes it his business to make sure we look after your business. He has a particular interest in Charity accounts and is regularly involved in advising clients on new company formations as well as tax and accounting matters. Among other interests Justin is a keen windsurfer.

Sarah Wiley

Sarah books appointments, deals with phone calls and visits and ensures that all our administration works smoothly. Sarah assists in company formations and with tax and statutory filing as part of our caring for the customer.

Fiona Prebble

Fiona works on the payroll and book-keeping side of the practice. She has extensive book-keeping, VAT, and wages and salary experience over a broad range of businesses.

Lorraine Maltby

Lorraine is MAAT & AT qualified and works on accounts as well as taxation.

Ivalina Ivanova

Ivalina uses Xero as well as Sage bookkeeping and various other packages assisting with bookkeeping and accounting. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and is currently pursuing her level 3 diploma in Accounting.

Nicola Jaffray-Dann

Nicola is working on her AAT qualifications and is primarily engaged in bookkeeping and accounting support.

Anne-Marie Collins

Anne-Marie has returned to the financial services sector and looks after the administration and client services at Champion Financial Advisors.
